Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn!

Bliss Yoga

Bliss Yoga (Sundays 10:00AM).  NEW SESSIONS BEGIN EACH MONTH.  All levels yoga class, focused on linking breath with movement and keeping your body in alignment. Flow through poses with Grace and follow with your heart. This practice will help strengthen the body and increase flexibility while creating space and peace within! Ending the class with relaxation and a short meditation. Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

All classes below are 4 week sessions  for $50 per person. They begin at the start of the each month.  Walk in rates are $15 class
